A downloadable game for Windows

HammerKing was developed in July 2019 as a collaboration between Children's Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS)Abertay University, and students from Perfect World, Beijing.

The game simulates the sport of hammerthrowing, in which a hammer must be thrown as far as possible and within the boundaries of a field. Player(s) make noise into a microphone to build up power, before pressing a button to release and throw the hammer. The direction of the hammer depends on when the player decides to release the hammer. A leaderboard keeps track of the top scores posted by players, measured by the distance of the throw. The game that can be played as either a single-player or a multi-player experience.
